I can’t say enough good things about Toby! I met him when I was searching out help for sciatic pain. Physical therapy was a long, slow process, but I always felt like Toby was fully invested in supporting my healing. He was so good about checking in on progress, answering questions, and encouraging me. Aside from the physical pain and limitations, I was also emotionally upset about what that was doing to my lifestyle and Toby really seemed to understand that that was an important piece to the puzzle. I felt confident in his care and confident in my body’s ability to heal. Once I graduated from physical therapy, I was excited to work with him as a personal trainer. I love the program that Toby has set up for me! He always checks in about what my goals are and adjusts my workouts to make sure I am improving, challenging myself, and working towards my goals. He is so encouraging and supportive. I feel confident that he knows when to push me and how much, while also encouraging me to listen to my body. I am so impressed with myself and what I can do now that I could never do before. I highly recommend Toby to ANYONE who is looking to add strength training to their lives.
